After working hour, you can still reach us by dropping us an email at sales@kedaibanner.com or website via our online inquiry form and we shall to respond to your inquiry at our soonest possible.

However, our online store is open 24/7.
Any job that comes in before 12.00pm each day except Sunday during working hours will be going through our job process verification line on the same day. If there is a problem with your file, we will contact you immediately to keep your project moving forward. For a more detailed schedule, please refer to required process duration for each different printing jobs/items.

We specialise in four colors (CMYK) offset for all of our products. This enables unlimited brilliant color combinations with finest printing quality.
Yes. We have all the above capabilities. We also assist our customer for more complex customised projects that require special inks, different binding techniques, finishing options and more. Please email us at sales@kedaibanner.com to request for a quote.
Each printing project will have different production schedules. For a more detailed schedule, please refer to timeline needed for each different printing jobs/items to avoid the delay in your printing.
We practice the printing industry standard that allows for a variation amount of +- 5% over and under on quantity in certain unavoidable cases. Nevertheless, we make it an effort to keep our production to meet your exact order.
The best way to order multiple orders is to order each item separately. Each print job has different printing process duration. You can give your orders similar names so that we know they are related and we can try our best to put them all on the same production schedule so that they can be delivered at the same time.
Unfortunately, you may not. Every file we received and screened through will be immediately processed if there is no problem with your file. Thus, it is not possible to have different finishing once printing process has started.

ARTWORK & FILE PREPARATION

Yes. We can do a design for you for a certain amount of fee. Kindly contact us at sales@kedaibanner.com for more details on the design charge and service.
Unfortunately, no. You will have to furnish us a complete set of artwork materials such as all texts and images used in the design.
Unfortunately, no. All artwork uploaded or received from you will be sent for printing without proof checking. In certain cases, we may however try to contact you if design alteration is needed.
We prefer to accept artwork in
1. Adobe Illustrator (.ai) version 10 and above
2. Adobe Photoshop (.psd) version CS4 and above
2. Adobe Acrobat Document (.pdf) high resolution
3. Image files (.jpeg) – preferably with high resolution and saved in CMYK mode


Other acceptable files include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher & Microsoft PowerPoint. However, adjustments to these formats will require additional charges.

For orders made through our online store:
1. Upload files (up to 100mb) feature is available in each printing product


For order made through our email:
1. Send your artwork/design to sales@kedaibanner.com (10mb max).
2. For larger files, you may use cloud-based file sharing services such as Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link associated with the file.
If you encounter any problems with the upload of your artwork files, please call us, or send us an email to sales@kedaibanner.com containing your artwork and order number.
Please allow a 1/8" bleed if possible around all four sides of the page layout for bleeds.
We strongly recommend producing all your image files at 400 dpi and all text files at 500 dpi. To be sure we have an exact match to the type you want, we ask you to supply us with the fonts or "create outline" for each font used when saving your artwork in Adobe Illustrator.

ORDER

After your order is submitted, our system will automatically send out a confirmation email with details of your order. If the email does not show up in your inbox, please verify that it did not end up in your spam folder. If not, please make sure the email address you registered with is the right one.

An sms notification will also be sent out.
The shipping confirmation email that our system sends out when we shipped your products contains the tracking code of your order as well as a link to track your order.
Our system automatically sends out an email to you when we receive your order, and when we ship it. That way, you are kept up-to-date on the progress of your order.
Your order ID is a unique identifier associated with your order. We use it internally to manage and keep track of your order. You can find your order number in the confirmation email that we send out to you after reception of your order.
Please check with our team (by phone) whether your order has already been sent into production or not. Order cancellations will be accepted only for orders that have not been sent into production yet.
If you received your products and are not satisfied with the print or overall quality, please give us a call or send us an email containing your order number and the reason why you are not satisfied. KedaiBANNERdotcom is highly committed to its “Your Reliable Printing Partner” policy to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Custom orders are any orders for product configurations that are not available through our website. They involve an even higher degree of customization with characteristics (paper type, refinement, format, etc.) that are not an option when choosing to buy our products online.

An order also has a status. The order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting from pending and ending with complete. The following order statuses are used.

"Pending payment" - Order received (unpaid)
"Failed" - Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as pending until verified (i.e., PayPal)
"Processing" - Payment received and stock has been reduced - the order is awaiting fulfillment
"Completed" - Order fulfilled and complete - requires no further action
"On-Hold" - Awaiting payment - stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment
"Cancelled" - Cancelled by an admin or the customer - no further action required
"Refunded" - Refunded by and admin - no further action required

A typical production time for an order is 5 business days, however it varies on the volume and size of the order. Kindly contact us for a more accurate production time of your order.

PAYMENT

Currently there are two payment methods accepted by KedaiBANNERdotcom:

1. Online payment (online banking): Our website uses SenangPay as our payment Gateway. All online transactions are secured. Just follow the instructions accordingly when making payment.

2. Credit Card / Debit Card: Your order will be completed instantaneously, thanks to immediate authorization from your financial institution.

Please note that we will only start the production upon successful receipt/notification of your full payment.
All orders made with kedaiBANNERdotcom are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery.
If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Packing and Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Note : We do get order overloaded on selected times like sales, stock arrival (reservation) and processing days can get up to 5-8 business days. We apologise for the possible delay and greatly appreciate your understanding.


Courier Delivery Time:
Peninsular Malaysia – 1-4 business days
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – 1-5 business days


General Delivery Days
Pos Malaysia delivers Monday – Saturday (except 1st Saturday of every month and public holidays)


Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 - 4 business days. Please allow more time for delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan.
Yes, we deliver to all of Malaysia.
Currently, shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time.
Shipments within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) will be entitled to Free Shipping using our selected courier services.

For parcels to Sabah, Labuan & Sarawak, flat rate shipping will be utilized. No matter how much the weight of the parcel, the price will be standardized accordingly.

However shipping rates will be applied to items in Inkjet Printing, UV Printing & Display System. This applies to those in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan.
Unfortunately, no. Full payment must be made before we can deliver your order(s).
Certain selected products MUST be collected in store. Please refer to product description to find out which products are to be collected and which can be delivered.
Once you submit your order, it is no longer possible to change the production and delivery options of your order. Before going on with your order, please make sure in your shopping cart the configuration, production and delivery options you selected are the right ones.

However, in cases of products to be collected at store, choosing the free shipping option shall be seen as invalid. You are still required to pick up your ordered product at our store. An SMS notification will be sent to inform on pickup time and date. You will also be notified through WhatsApp or email.
One product order can only be associated with one delivery address. So if you want different items delivered to different places, you will have to submit and pay for multiple orders (which can have the same billing address, but different shipping addresses).
